What are Probiotics? Not all bacteria are harmful. There are several strains of bacteria that are beneficial in supporting our health, balance and well-being. This group of friendly bacteria are often referred to as “Probiotics”, meaning “for life”. Probiotics naturally live in and on the human body. Many colonize the intestine and have a helpful role in supporting the immune system and healthy digestion. Micro contains nine strains of good bacteria in dosage servings convenient to take throughout the day. Not all probiotic strains are the same.

Jerusalem Artichoke – Serves as a potential food source “prebiotic” for the friendly bacteria to thrive on and promotes the production of beneficial bacteria.
