I’ve been battling gout for over 20 years. Was on allopurinol for 8 years which lessened the frequency of flare-ups but I still had them even after giving up beer and eating almost zero beef or shellfish. My gout flare-ups got more painful and more frequent over the past 4 years, as often as every 3 weeks. Since starting on a daily Proteo regimen in May 2023 I have not had a single flare-up.
